TMS320F280049: If clock missing , the CMPSS can working or not?

On a missing clock, the PLL is bypassed and the system is connected to INTOSC1 so there is still clock being provided to the system. By the way, analog components and async paths of the CMPSS don't use a clock so won't be affected by this either way.
