Why do I still get an error after adding the lib file? as below you can see,

these is the lib is added to the related path.

Can you please update the word 'HRPWM' in device.c with HRCAL? -- Should look like this: SysCtl_enablePeripheral(SYSCTL_PERIPH_CLK_HRCAL);

I am not sure how things have mixed up on your end.
