when I save data, It isn't work.

Hi,
You should download the new software because in the latest hardware (released over year ago) is used the new image serial flash and the old software do not support it. Your new serial flash is detected and has the ID number 4, but your software support only ID up to 3. Take the new software from the below link:

Windows 10, .NET 2.0 Compatibility Issues (required by installer):
Some installations will have .NET versions older than 4 disabled by default. Go to Windows Features window to enable this, found in the control panel, or by typing "Windows Features" into the search location in the Windows key button (usually bottom left).
Enable the tab: ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)"
