TMS320F28069: Program Error

Hi,

Customer is encountering error regarding this IC, please see details below.

"I'm working with\ TMS320F28069 and Texas Instruments XDS100v2 USB Debug Probe  and I have a problem to program it with PC connected to the USB (like Launch pad ).

Before this I have done a programming with a new code where I have put a new initialization of SCIA and SCIAB. perhaps I have done some mistake in the code but the result is that, now, I cannot reprom the device. 

I cannot program it. I tried with UNiflash and it is not possible to erase the flash and to program the device with loadprogram Too. 

When I try to erase the Flash (only sector A) the message is :

[1/12/2021 14:46:33] [ERROR] C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing flash memory. Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled

When I try to loadprogram the message is :

[1/12/2021 14:47:02] [ERROR] C28xx: Flash Programmer: Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled.
[1/12/2021 14:47:02] [ERROR] C28xx: File Loader: Memory write failed: Unknown error
 
 
I cannot load the program inside the microcontroller.  
These are the message from CCS:
