TMS320F28377S: Is this possible to use that MCU for machine learning application?

I have researched this MCU for a while, and I am quite sure that F28377S is not suitable for machine learning applications. However, my lecturer still asks me to test the MCU, and even write from scratch libraries, header files, etc for my project. So, does F28377S support machine learning applications or do I have to use MCU like TDA4VM?

I was stuck for a while on this project. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
