TMS320F28388D: Connectivity issue with control card

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

I got an error while connecting TMS320F28388D control board through Laptop. The error is as follows " Error-151 @ 0x0 one of the FTDI  driver functions used during the connect returned bad status or an error."

Please help me in resolving this error. I also tried with another XDS100 cable but the error remains the same.
