TMS320F28378D: the response time of the TZ

Part Number: TMS320F28378D

Hi, I'd like to know the response time of the TZ function.
According to the TRM(TMS320F2837xD, p1913),
"When a cycle-by-cycle trip event occurs, the action specified in the TZCTL[TZA] and TZCTL[TZB] bits is carried out immediately on the EPWMxA and/or EPWMxB outputs."
it is described as "immediately" but, how much does it take time(**ns) from the TZn signal goes low to EPWMx goes low?
Does it detect specific threshold voltage with an internal comparator of microcontroller?
Best Regards,

Bruno
