Hey,

i am working with the TMS320F28379D-ControlCard and built an .hex-file from my simulink model. When verify my .hex-file i get an error in uniflash.

[ERROR] C28xx_CPU1: File Loader: Verification failed: Values at address 0x80000@Program do not match Please verify target memory and memory map.

File: C://filename.hex: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.

These errors occurred if the code is generated with Code Composer Studio v9.1 and v10.2.

It would be great if someone could help me.

This is the memory map for the address with the error.

This is the hardware config in Simulink. Is it correct that the linker command file of the c28377D is used, despite the c28379D is selected?

Stefan,

The erased snapshot that you sent - Is that just after erase? Or after program/verify failure? It can't be when the blank check failed. Please clarify.

F28379D and F28377D have same amount of flash and RAM memories.

ah sorry. After erasing the flash the blank check succeed. Then this snapshot was taken.

After spending hours on this problem, now i am able to flash the uC.

I am using MATLAB R2021b, despite their official recommend for Code Composer Studio v10.2.

So for the code generating in MATLAB i got the error " ### Unsupported CCS Version. Skipping CCS Project creation".

Flashing the generated .hex-file doesn't work.

I solved this with using Code Composer Studio v9.2, imported the project from MATLAB.

Built the code in CCS and flashed it to the 28379D.

The only problem which is left, only one core works. I flashed CPU1 and CPU2, but only CPU2 works.

Then i flashed CPU2 and the CPU1, then only CPU1 works.

I think this is only a configuration problem, but i don't get it.

Stefan,

Regarding only one of the CPU1 or CPU2 working: Try to execute the code only after loading both CPUs. Do not execute any code until both banks are loaded.
