TMS320F28027: SC_ERR_PATH_BROKEN Error after Micro has been programmed

Hi,

The Image above shows the error im currently getting when i use CCS to verify the JTAG interface to a TMS320F28027. This is the second time this has happened, previously weve changed a micro as well. This fixed the issue until it was programmed once and then the same error returned.

Ive been testing my boards the past couple of days and in previous use this board has been flashed many times with no issues. Today however this error has occured after connecting the JTAG interface to the board and not attempting to program.

The board does have power, ive checked that. But this error is persistent.

Just for full info, i doubt it would work but i have tried erasing the micro in Uniflash and it fails to connect there too.

Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
