Hi, I encountered a problem with USB application.

My USB application is based on the example : “C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\F2837xS\v170\F2837xS_examples_Cpu1\usb_dev_bulk”.

My window software is implemented based on  USB_Bulk_Stress_Test.zip   /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/171/6607.USB_5F00_Bulk_5F00_Stress_5F00_Test.zip,

and the Window USB Driver is /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/171/windows-usb-drivers.zip

Usually,  My window software and device can communicate via USB. But when I started the device through the window software to turn on the current loop function, the USB communication was disconnected and I couldn't connect again.

    Did this default example work OK alongside the provided Windows CMD line application?

    Did you receive any status errors in this case while debugging the F2837x project?

    The default example works OK!  It's okay to run with only the USB communication function alone.
    If  the usb function and the pwm function are used together, it is ok when pwm is not enabled,  and the communication will be affected after pwm is started.

    I don't understand what you mean by the error state? what error status can I see?

    What do you mean by PWM function is enabled? How is it interfering with the USB communication?
