Customer develop function safety AIL-B product base on F280049Q, he has already apply the FMEDA material, he ask if we also can provide the DFMEA material?

    Hi Terry,

    I believe the customer means Device Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). We have FMEA created for each IP on the SoC and assessed with TUV. These documents are listed on technical report of the device. We do not provide these documents publicly. We provide safety manual and FMEDA, which are summary of information from the IP FMAs.
