TMS320F28335: TMS320F28335 unique device number

Hi All,

We need to use the unique ID for the software encryption, we refer to the SPRACD0B file, we have no idea if we can use the ID without the initpll()(initialize), thanks.

Whether or not the PLL is enabled has no impact on the unique ID value. In other words, you can use the unique ID without enabling the PLL.
