TMS320F280049: PGA as ADC accuracy

Part Number: TMS320F280049

I try to use the PGA function as the ADC, so i need to know the accuracy about it.

And i have found the trimmed accuracy from datasheet.

But i did not find the no-trimmed accuracy from datasheet, also the FAE told me they also do not know about it.

So if anyone can told me about this no-trimmed accuracy? thanks.

Hi Rhett,

We do not document the untrimmed gain and offset of the PGA since at factory testing, these are calibrated and trimmed out and upon device bootup, these trim values are automatically applied to the PGA.

Is there a reason why you would be needing the untrimmed values?

Thanks for your answers.

And as my understand, when i use the PGA function, the gain and offset are already trimmed. So the untrimmed values are no longer needed?
