we are working on a control board with the TMS320F28388D and are looking for a SDRAM (2Mx16).

- Are there recommendations what SDRAMs can be used here?

- Are there any limitations or things that need to be considered?

Hi, SDRAM is very generic interface so you should be able to use any SDRAM chip. On our boards we have used SDRAM chips from Alliance as well as Micron.
