Hi,

is there a hardware design guideline for the 28069?

This document noted clearly, that this one does not apply for the 2806x but the search doesn't show up a version for the 28069.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry on this. We don't have any hardware design app notes that cover the TMS320F28069 device, and given the age of the device, I don't anticipate one being made. We recently released a new hardware design guide which covers the new generation of devices (F28004x, F28002x, F28003x) which can be found at the following: 

    www.ti.com/lit/pdf/SPRACZ9

    In your specific case, I recommend moreso referencing the hardware design guide version that you found for general guidance, as it falls in line with the same generation as the MCU you are using, and referring to the TMS320F28069 datasheet and any other relevant application reports.
