Can I get the source code for resolver_algo_Float?

Also I am trying to use it with differential ADC inputs for S1/S3 and S2/S4 but getting degrading position ramp signal. Can you suggest why?

  • Just to add - the two differential ADC inputs are sampled over 4 channels and subtracted. So could the increased ADC latency be an issue?

    For source code, fwded your request internally, but you will have to work with connect with your local TI sales contact first.

    With differential sampling, the conversion time is more (~1us). If you use two different ADCs sampling and converting these in parallel, you should not see an issue, but if in cascade, then at high rpms, you may see degradation. You may have to play with your PI coefficients to see if it helps. But it is an accepted story that at high speeds, your bit accuracy will have to drop to reduce latency.
