TMDSCNCD28388D: dynamic library jscserdes could not be located

This looks like a mis-configuration of the target config file. You have it configured as XDS100 with F2838x device correct? Can you send a screenshot of your target configuration?

I saw this thread:

and changed it to used XDS110.  Then I got this error:

If I connect the mini USB debug cable to J1, do I also need to connect external power to the mini USB on docking station?

Hi Herman,

In C2000Ware, you will find an XDS100 target config file for the F2838x device that should work at -> "C2000Ware_version\device_support\f2838x\common\targetConfigs\TMS320F28388D.ccxml". Can you give that a try to see if it works.

Please refer to section 4.3 of the user guide. It outlines the various ways you can connect to the controlCARD. Let us know if you are still having issues after this.
