TMS320F28027F: C28xx: flash programmer: Device is locked or not connected.

Dear Team,

There several chips and only this one can't be programmed. Please help check what happened and give some advice.

The ERROR report is as below and I have observed resistance of all pins to GND to ensure that no internal damage happened.

Hi Owen Yan,

Did you program passwords for this device? If yes, you need to first enter the password in the flash plugin GUI and unlock before proceeding to flash program/erase operations.

If you did not program the password, can you check whether or not you are able to load to RAM successfully?
