TMS320F28388D: Maximum number of erase/write operations on the flash memory

Is there any limitation for the maximum number of erasing/writing operations on the flash memory during the DSP's lifetime?

I have found the following table ("Table 7-5. Flash Parameters") in the datasheet:

Is this "N_wec" parameter the answer to my question? Does it mean that we cannot write/erase the flash memory more than 20000 times during its lifetime?

Hi Alex,

20K is per sector.

I will check with our characterization team to see if there is a max limit on the bank.

Max limit on the bank is 100K W/E cycles.

FYI for others that may refer to this post: There is an active ticket filed for datasheet upgrade to reflect the 100K W/E limit per bank.
