LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Error while connecting to the target

Hi FA,

After connecting the device to your PC do you see anything pop-up under the "Ports and COMs" section within a Device Manager window?

Another thing to check for, if the device is being detected, is the target configuration file. Are you able to successfully test that connection?

i think it's detected. but when i test the connection at target configuration on Code Composer Studio, it's failed.

based on that picture, i've try to re-download and install the emulation package 9.2.0.00002 from this site:

but the result it's failed.

I've try to changed the switch, but it's doens't work. I also follow this instruction bellow, when i saw my Driver BOOSTXL-8305EVM has the same architecture as BOOSTXL-DRV8301, but when remove the jumpers 1&2 there's still an error while debug the program.

The ReadMeFirst outlines the settings if you are powering through the BoosterPack:
LAUNCHXL-F28069M
i. Remove Jumpers 1 and 2 to isolate USB and power from BOOSTXL-DRV8301
ii. S1 set to ON-ON-ON
iii. JP3, 6, 7 ON
iv. JP4, 5
a. ON-ON: if just using bottom BoosterPack headers J5-J8
b. OPEN-OPEN: if using top BoosterPack headers J1-J4 or using both BoosterPack headers J1-J4 & J5-J8;
c. Provide DC bus at any attached BoosterPack

Please don't connect the BOOSTXL-DRV8301 to LaunchXL-F28069M first, just follow the user's guide of LaunchXL-F28069M to try again, Using the power supply from USB for the C2000 controller, and make sure that the jumpers on JP1 and JP2 are installed, and the  switch 3 is set to the H positi n on  LaunchXL-F28069M.
