TMS320F280049C: Debug mode resume button disabled.

Part Number: TMS320F280049C

Hey guys,

My program builds without error. But when I try to put it in debug mode it shows that it is successful but the resume button is greyed out and only the red terminate button is active. The program does not run in my understanding. What do you think is the issue?
