I want to use the Trip Zone (TZ) module for ePWM. Which GPIO pins can I use as input for these module? In datasheet and TRM, this information is not clear.
The Trip Zone inputs can come from any GPIOs using the Input X-Bar and EPWM X-Bar.
Is there a PWM enable/disable feature for PWM channels security? Can we use any GPIO pin to enable/disable PWM when an error occurs?
There is no designated feature for enabling/disabling PWM functionality other than through the trip zone submodule. You could switch the mux of the GPIOs to have EPWM or GPIO functionality. Other than that, use the trip zone submodule to drive your EPWM outputs to a certain state upon a fault (or when you would like to disable the output). In this case, yes, any GPIO can serve as an input into the trip zone submodule to disable/enable the PWM.

Yes, you could use any of the GPIOs you are are not already using for other purposes.

Note, I would recommend using the trip zone submodule over using this method of switching the pin muxing.
This depends on if you are coding in bitfield or driverlib code but ultimately you can just switch the state from GPIO to EPWM and then from EPWM back to GPIO. Below is an example of setting the muxing of the pin for EPWM1A as that functionality (in bitfield), let me know if you need the driverlib version.
GpioCtrlRegs.GPAMUX1.bit.GPIO0 = 1; // Configure GPIO0 as EPWM1A
If you wanted to set it back to just normal GPIO functionality then this would be:
GpioCtrlRegs.GPAMUX1.bit.GPIO0 = 0;
