Can you check in Windows device manager if the emulator is enumerated properly?

Is this new emulator or it was working before but started having the issue?

This is a new emulator. This is the first time that I am using the CCS and the probe.

I have not used this emulator myself, so I have no experience. 

Are there two entries for TI XDS100 Channel A/B? If not, try unplugging and replugging in the board. Does Windows give you any messages in the system tray? In Device Manger, do either of the entries have a yellow exclamation mark over their icon? If so, try reinstalling the drivers.

You can try to run xds100serial utility to check if the VID and PID has been programmed properly.

Yes, I have two entries Channel A/B and both are ok, no yellow exclamation mark over their icon.

I reinstall the drivers and run the xds100serial, see bellow:

The FTDI is ok, VID/PID and serial.

Now I have other message error when I run the 'Test Connection':

That is interesting. We have checked everything:

1) You have checked xds100Serial for valid VID/PID in EEPROM. The image you sent looks good to me.

2) FTDI driver, you have just reinstalled, so it must be good. Windows device manager is also correct, no error reported, right?

3) Did you try different USB cable?

USB cable ok!

I suspect a misconfigured VID/PID on the FTDI device. I believe PID should be A6D1 similar to what is mentioned in the below post:
