TMS320F280049: CCS 3.1 download

Hi Mona,

Is there any particular reason you are looking for CCS 3.1? It requires a paid license while CCS 3.3 is available for use for no charge (for most devices).

It's from customer request, since previous they are using ccs3.1 to developed, and device is 28022.

for paid license, how can we give customer support on this?

If they have used CCS 3.1 in the past for development, that must mean that they once had a license.
