TMS320F28379D: Via size for fanning out processor on altium

Can't seem to find the via size recommendation for fanning out the processor, if TI has some sort of guide for there devices in altium and can guide me.

Via size is typically limited by cost on the small side and keep outs on the larger side. I would recommend using dog bones and avoiding Via in pad or blind vias. Finally you can look at TMDSCNCD28388D for an example fanout. The full design files are located in C2000Ware, native to Altium, an use the same device package.
