Hello

I have to interface EMIF lines in 16-bit data and 12-bit address mode.

Since GPIO72 is to be used as boot mode select pin 1, EM1D12 is not available.

However, 32 data lines and 20 address lines are available in the package so is it OK to use any other available EM1F line for the data?

No, CPU will drive data on this pin for a write and expect data on this pin for a read.

Thanks for your response. This also means that only 2 SPI ports (-A & -B) are available. Port C can also be not used since the lines are shared withEM1F lines. Correct?

SPI-C pins are also muxed with GPIO122 through GPIO125. If you have not already done so, please look into our SYSCONFIG/Pinmux tool which aids you in resolving peripheral conflicts.

I forgot to mention that I am using LQFP-176 package. GPIO122 thru GPIO125 are unavailable in that package.

In that case, you are correct. SPI-C is not available.
