I'd like to configure 3 timers for my application.
when I try configuring the last one, it is said that hwi#14, or #15 are already in use.
i have tried setting every event Timer ID by XGCONF but it seems that only two are maximum.
I guess it seems to be related to setting interrupt number of a timer.
is there any way that i can avoid this matter?

Timer 1 should be going to INT 13 and timer 2 should be going to INT14. Why are you using #15?

What C2000Ware version are you using? Are you using bitfield or driverlib? It would be helpful to see how you setup the timers so I can help debug the issue.
