TMS320F280025C: I2C SCL after communications is going down

Hello, I am trying to make i2c communication using ADS1013 with epwm. The problem is that my SCL signal is always pull down after communication. The other problem I'm having is, I'm seeing end-of-message delay in my SCL signal.

What kind of code can you suggest to read the data I received from the SDA?

Are you using F280025 I2C as master (or) slave? Is the ADS103 pulling the I2C bus low?

I need more information when the SCL line is pulled low. Do you have this problem in both read and write transactions? What is the baud rate used? Did you try lowering the baud rate?
