Hi,

I'm debugging TMS320F28388D, TMS320F28377D chips using XDS560V2 STM device.

In the case of TMS320F28377D, there is no problem in connection and debugging in all situations. However, in the case of TMS320F28388D, Error -6001 occurs in the latest CCS version (Emulation Package version).

Error connection to the target:
(error -6001) Internal Error: PRSC module detected an unknown failure. (Emulation package 9.6.0.00172)


[CASE 1 / PC OS : Windows 11]
CCS version : 11.1.0.00011
Emulation Package version : 9.6.0.00172
Debug Probe : XDS560V2 STM (SpectrumDigital)
TMS320F28377D : No problem in connection and debugging.
TMS320F28388D : Error -6001 occurs / Connection is not possible.

[CASE 2 / PC OS : Windows 11]
CCS version : 10.3.0.00007
Emulation Package version : 9.3.0.00042
Debug Probe : XDS560V2 STM (SpectrumDigital)
TMS320F28377D : No problem in connection and debugging.
TMS320F28388D : No problem in connection and debugging.

Perhaps there is a problem with the connection between the XDS560V2 and the TMS320F28388D chip in the latest Emulation Package.

Please check if there is a solution to this problem.

(Additional Reporting)
Using XDS200 Debug Probe, there is no problem in debugging TMS320F28388D in CASE 1 environment. It seems that the above issue only occurs for the XDS560V2 Debug Probe.
