Are you using fixed point? Fixed point based FFT examples can be found at: <c2000ware>\\libraries\dsp\FixedPoint\c28\examples\2833x_FixedPoint_CFFT or 2833x_FixedPoint_RFFT.

C2000ware doesnt currently provide examples for Floating Point based FFT but you can have a look at the provided examples in <c2000ware>\libraries\dsp\FPU\c28\examples\fft and port it to F28335x.
