TMS320F28388D: c_int00() does not contain frame information.

Is this function in your application code ? If yes then you need to step through it using CCS and see why it's stuck there.

it is not booting.

What reset you are issuing in this case ? Were you able to step through the code in this case ?

if i am providing reset to the controller after that it should boot but it is getting stuck into  system_post_init() function.

How are you issuing reset ? 

1. from reset button provided on development kit.

2. by using sys_reset() function provided in driverlib
