SM320F2808-EP: Part availability

As we near production of our product, it was noticed that the SM320F2808-EP is not very available. Is there a similar product that has the following?

  • Rated to -55°C (-40°C is acceptable upon talking to the systems guy)
  • 1x I2C
  • 1x eCAN (SCC mode enabled - though we could remap mailboxes for non-SCC mode) 
  • Watchdog
  • 3x SPI (2 may suffice)
  • 3x ADC, 32K-64K Flash (64K preferable)
  • 12 additional GPIO
  • Task timers

    Jeffrey,

    There are demand > supply constraints across almost all of our products which will continue well into 2023 at a minimum.

    The SM high-reliability parts are certainly produced in much smaller volume, so if you can use industrial parts like TMS320F2808 there is a better chance to find some of these already in the market.  There is no better availability of any given device that I can suggest that would be consistent or worth a redesign effort.
