1. TMS320F280033C/TMS320F280034C LQFP80 packaged products do not have vregenz pin. Can it be understood that only the internal 1.2V regulator of DSP can be used instead of the external 1.2V regulator?

2. Pin18 pin has A3 / C7 / B9 / CMP3_HP5/LP5. According to the datasheet page127, C7 / B9 belongs to Analog Group1, but does not correspond to any CMPSS; A3 belongs to Analog Group3 and corresponds to CMPSS3.

Does it mean that CMP3_HP5 cannot be reused when C7 / B9 is used CMP3_HP5； CMP3_HP5 can be reused only when A3 is used？

Correct, internal 1.2v regulator only on the 80-pin.

Is this question in regards to the 100-pin or 80-pin? Because A3 is on pin12 on 80-pin not pin18.

Ok. In response to your Q2, pin18 is both A3 and B9/C7 on the 100-pin i.e same pin and it only has the CMP3_HP5 option. Even though CMP3_HP5 is mapped to A3 and not B9/C7, A3 and B9/C7 are connected to the same pin i.e pin18.
