TMS320F280023: C2000WARE: Wrong version number for version 4.00.00.00

The version number for C2000WARE version 4.00.00.00 is wrong after installing C2000WARE by used of the file C2000Ware_4_00_00_00_setup.exe downloaded from TI homepage.

In the file .metadata/sdk.json the version is set to "3.01.00.00", but I assume that it should be "4.00.00.00"

If you use the SysConig tool for setting up the device (e.g. TMS320F280023) it will shown the version 3.01.00.00 even through version 4.00.00.00 of C2000WARE was used.

    What is the error you are getting it if the version is 3.01.00.00? Can you share the log of a Syscfg based project?

    If I look in my project under Windows->Preference->Code Composer Studio->Products I can see that the installed version of C2000Ware is 4.0.0.00, but when I use the SysCfg tool to generate the file *.syscfg it shows that the C2000Ware product used is version 3.01.00.00 (as shown in my first mail), which not is correct. That is way I have made an update of the file .metaData/sdk.json to reflect the correct version number. My version of CodeComposer is 11.1

    I checked in C2000Ware v4.01.00.00 and it mentions the version in sdk.json as 4.01.00.00. 

    Will check with SysConfig development team on the version mentioned in C2000Ware 4.00.00.00 and get back to you.
