I am looking for an MCU evaluation board with 4 CAN controllers, at least 1 SPI and Ethernet.
the customer is trying to build a CAN server that will take inputs via ethernet/spi and will publish messages to 4 CAN buses to motors requiring CAN control.
CAN is running at 1Khz and according to the customer, They have to build 4 can buses with motors equally distributed between them.
His project already has one M7 MCU running both gait control and CAN communication and would like to shift CAN to another MCU with the previously mentioned specs. They plan to create another board with MCU capable of communicating with 4 buses. This MCU will be notified by the main MCU via lwip.
I checked our C2000 product portfolio and I could not find a device with 4 CAN controllers on stock, but I found this device. Can you confirm if this is sufficient for the customer requirements? If not, can you suggest a better device and evaluation module?
