TMS320F280025C: In serial programming, some boards has the problem - "Error with autobaud lock echoback".

What is the clock source for all the boards, and are all the boards being set to SCI Boot mode correctly?

Hi, we use the INTOSC1 as clock source & all the boards are set to SCI Boot Mode correctly.
Let me clarify again here, we use the same method to do the serial programming.
But with the similar boards, some of them can work properly in serial programming but some of them cannot.

We found something today.
Hope you can find some clue from the result.
1. Reset our custom board into SCI boot mode.
2. Run serial programming tool.

Result :
Attempting autobaud to load kernel...
41==0
Error with autobaud lock echoback... Please press Ctrl-C to abort.
3. Press Ctrl-C.
4. Without reset, run again serial programming tool.

Were any modifications made to the Flash kernel example? I will also ask the SCI expert to comment on why the autobaud works for some devices but not others.

Since we do not have external oscillator in our custom board, so we change the clock source to internal clock source.

Hi Chzi, 

The differences in echoback from the serial_flash_programmer based on reset/no reset do not help figure out if there are any SW issues. As mentioned, I have asked the SCI expert to comment on whether the clock source is the cause of the issues you are having, please expect a reply regarding this in a couple of days.

One thing the SCI expert is asking to check - is there a pull-down anywhere on the RX bus?

I think it should be pull-up not pull-down, right ?
If yes, then our answer is we didn't add it.
We just added it on the RX and TX bus today.
However, we found that we will still face the similar issue sometimes but the time of duplication is reduced a lot.
Is there any other possibility ? What can we check ?
