TMS320F280025C: In serial programming, some boards has the problem - "Error with autobaud lock echoback".

Part Number: TMS320F280025C

Hi TI,

We are using the serial flash programmer tool to perform our custom board's MCU firmware update through the serial port.
GPIO28 & GPIO29 are configured as SCI pins.

We found something weird thing happens.
The serial flash programmer can work successfully in some of the board.
However, with the other similar boards, the serial programming fails in some of the boards.

sendData[0] != rcvData -> 41 != 00

It looks like the tool sends a data byte to MCU but MCU does not return back correctly.

We need your help us to find out its possible root cause.
We will face this problem around 2-3 pieces of boards out of every ten pieces.

Thanks!
