TMS320F280049C: CLA Message RAM initialization

I want to use CLA to CPU Message RAM to save global variables that are written by CLA program and read by CPU program,

Some of these variables have initial values. What's best way to initialize these global variables after CPU reset?

Although I think it's more easier if CLA to CPU message RAM can be written by CPU after system reset.
