Hi Team,

The LAUNCHXL-F28379D Launchpad and TMDSCNCD28379D controlCARD are using the NFBGA package of TMS320F28379D. Our customer would like to confirm if we have a recommended fanout for TMS320F28379DPTP. The package is HLQFP-176 with the thermal pad on the bottom of the device.

I'm looking into this, we have some general guidelines in terms of power/ground and analog in the DS, but will see if we have something more specific as a starting point. Please give me another day to respond back.

We don't have any reference designs to share for this exact device, but I think the following(along with the existing BGA PCBs you mentioned above) should give a good start:

1)We have published a HW design guide for our latest devices here: https://www.ti.com/lit/spracz9

2)I think the https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSCNCD280049C would give some good ground work on the routing/layout we did for a TQFP based design that is in the same generation as the F2837xD device.
