IBIS model for f2812_pgf

Hello,

I have used the IBIS model f2812_pgf_ibis_model.zip from the website in a Hyperlynx simulation. The results in the fast strong case are quite strange. The driver is LVC1G14_OUT_33. The receiver is sw0145_ouo435_ups285 (pin 47). With typical condition, the simulation looks fine. For fast strong, the observations are as follows.

Result in fast strong condition - the signal is at 560mV and does not reach logic 0.

The current is shown below. As much as 75mA is being drawn continuously.

Please help rectify this issue. This problem does not occur for receivers of other ICs. Many other pins also seem to have a similar issue. Please help!

    Hi Sukanya, 

        We could reproduce the problem from our end. Primary root cause is identified as modeling issue with IBIS model of Receiver.

    There is no issue with IO cell as such.  We have requested to generate new models for the Receiver. We would release new device models with in 10days.
