Hello,
Recently, one of our control board of power electronics platform show the following unwanted status: ERRORSTS Pin been set to low, when power on for the first time after a long time power off(10 mins up).
and if we power on the board by second time with a short period power off, the MCU will be OK without ERRORSTS Pin been set to low.
the other 1 board also has this kind of failure but with a low possibility.
almost at the same time after the ERRORSTS Pin set to low, the pin XRSn will have an following output(about 13.8ms) and some of the EPWM pin have a high output during the reset (the reset pin has the following output with a upper R=2.2k and lower C=10nF).
we disassembled the C of pin XRSn, which the result only influence the charging time but the output of pin XRSn still with a period of (about 13.8ms).

from some of the threads on the forum, we learned that this should be the watchdog problem.
But the root causes still unclear.
soldering problem?
any suggestions?
Thx.
