CODECOMPOSER: Error "Product 'SYS/BIOS' v6.41.4.54 is not currently installed" but 'SYS/BIOS' v6.41.4.54 has been installed

Hi Champ,

I am asking for the customer.

The version of CCS is CCS10.3.0, the device is TMS320F28377S

Customer have following error when debugging“Product 'SYS/BIOS' v6.41.4.54 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version.”

Then customer check the project properties and found that the BIOS had been installed.

So what do you think is the cause of this error? Really need your help here. Thanks in advance!
