TMS320F280025C: About RAM Access Protection——CPU Read Protection

3.11.1.5 Access Protection says：There is no protection for read accesses, hence reads are always allowed from all the masters which have access to that RAM block.

but why there is still  one section of "3.11.1.5.3 CPU Read Protection"??   And there is no defination of it in MAVFLG Register, how to eanble or flag it?
