We use the TMSSM320F28335 which is ROHS and REACH compliant.
In SM320F28335-EP datasheet the words ROHS and REACH doesn't exist.
Is the finish of the pins suitable for leadfree soldering?

Just want to clarify if you are using the TQFP or BGA version of the device. The TQFP device is ROHS/REACH compliant, no lead in the finish and can be used in your leadfree flow.
The BGA is the variant that still uses lead/tin in the solder balls.
If you need to use the BGA in a leadfree environment I can't give guidance here, I think your PCB house would be in a better position to give input on what is allowed/not allowed flow wise.
Best,
Matthew
