TMS320F28335: Programming with .hex using BHFlashburn_v4.1

Part Number: TMS320F28335
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding our customer's inquiry below.

We were successful programming the TMS320 series chips, using the BHFlashburn_v4.1 with .hex format files using the "USB560 V2 System Trace" and the "USB200 JTAG Emulator"

However, when we upgraded to using Windows-10 (64) it has stopped working.

BhFlashBurn.exe -p 0 -n 0 -d "tixds560c28x.dvr" -f "LF28XX_BHXDS560V2-USB.dat" -q- -r -c 20x10/2   -u FFFF,FFFF,FFFF,FFFF,FFFF,FFFF,FFFF,FFFF  -e:ff -v  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackhawk\BHFlashburn_v4.1\bin\Flash28xx\Algorithms\28335\FlashAPIInterface28335V2_10.out" "C:\AllBootImages\MACBoot.hex"

Error: Unexpected name ''

If we load the programmer files on a clean machine, it works, until the first time we connect the machine to the internet, and then it fails from then on

I have tried using a fully licensed version of Java, that did not change things.

I have tried using "UniFlash 7.0.0", and this also does not work

Can you (TI) Specify the correct version of the operating (I assume Windows-10 (64), and the correct tools and version to use.

The "programming station" will not have Code Composer Studio installed, it will only have the minimal for board programming

The version of Code Composer Studio we use is 6.1.1.00022

Regards,

Danilo
