    We don't provide an operating temperature spec or guarantee for this debug probe on TI.com, nor test functionality across temperature during assembly. 

    With that said based on the BOM I believe most of the ICs are rated for commercial applications i.e. 0C to 85C so that should be a safe operating temperature range.

    Again, to my knowledge, timings have not been validated across this range.
