Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE
Hi,
I use F2837xD_sci_flash_kernels program provided with C2000Ware to flash blinky_dc_cpu01 to Launchpad_F28397D. Everything seems to work fine. F2837xD_sci_flash_kernels flashes the blinky and LED starts to blink after flashing is over. To test things further, I added serial communications to blinky. When I use the debugger to run blinky, serial communications work fine. However, when I flash it using F2837xD_sci_flash_kernels and try to communicate, the characters echoed back are just a white square for each character. It is as if the baud rate is wrong. I know the program is executing. I tried to read a GPIO within that infinite loop that is used for reading the SCI and take an action. That works.
My final aim is to read a specific character and then use that as a trigger to boot up into F2837xD_sci_flash_kernels again.
Do you know the reason for this behavior.
Thanks,
Dhammika
