TMS320F28386D: CM watchdog disabing inconsistency

Hello,

There is an inconsistency in the TRM, the section 41.5 indicates that the WD is disabled by default, while the figure in section 5.5.3 indicates that the watchdog is enabled at the end of the boot.

Which section is correct ?

Hi ,

Section 41.5 statement is about state of WD after device comes out of reset. So it's correct. CM watchdog is disable after reset.

I'll check on the BOOTROM statement and get back to you in 1-2 days.

Yes, CM watchdog is disabled after reset. We need to update the flow chart in our document. Sorry for late update and thank you for point out the inconsistency in the document.
