Cannot get a VCP connection

My customer installed ControlSUITE and CCSv4 but when he plugs the DCDC_Lighting kit into the USB port, he gets this error message:

 

VCP auto-connection is enabled for this interface but no ports are available.

Is this related to not having the Baseline installed?

    Naji,

    In order to help you, I'll need some clarifications from you:

    1. Can you give some more details on when the error message comes up?  Specifically, is it happening when he immediately tries to plug the board in, or is it as he is trying to use a GUI or CCS?  A screenshot may help me here. 
    2. If he is trying to use an application, what is the title of this window?  (we have supported two GUIs and a CCS4 project with this board)
