TMS320F28377D: Tools/Graph/SingleTime does not work.

Hello there,

When I tried to plot a graph of a buffer, I got this error message.

An interesting point is that the buffer ('fDebugWindow') is correctly seen in the 'Expressions' Window

Is there any chance to get to know how to make the 'Tools/Graph/SingleTime' work?

Can you show how the fDebugWindow variable is defined in the program?

E.g. does is it local to a function or global scope? Is it defined as static?

The 7.7.2.5.7. Start Address section in the CCS Graph Tools documentation doesn't make it clear if their are any limitations on how the location of the buffer is resolved.

As Chester mentioned, fDebugWindow should be global variable. Please let me know if it resolves the issue.

Thank you for your attention to the question.

This is the screen capture image, showing where that buffer is defined.

As far as I can see, it is a global/static variable.

Hi,

Are you using same code for CPU1 and CPU2, and the variable is defined for one core while you are plotting for other core?

Can you open the memory window and check if you can view the memory for that variable?
