The part PN:TMS320LF2407APGEA is used on One of our old product which is obsoleted in the manufactory but still need to support the customers. This part has long leading time on the market, we are looking for the direct replacement for this part, basically the PCBA design should not being changed.

There is no pin/pin replacement available for this device. Due to the nature of the systems C2000 MCUs control we are adding new features/pinouts to meet those system needs. The LF2407A is based on a 3 generation old flash technology, with each new generation the support pins change, effecting the overall pinout.

You can look at the part selection tool to find a similar C2000 device that has similar functionality, https://www.ti.com/microcontrollers-mcus-processors/microcontrollers/c2000-real-time-control-mcus/products.html, but layout and code will need to be re-written. We have several prebuilt examples in C2000Ware to help get started.
